Jonathan Söderlund is a composer, arranger and improviser from Luleå, Sweden. With a wide musical background and experience, he´s music has been regularly performed in the last decade.

Söderlund´s music often centers around language, history, and mysticism, although not always in obvious ways. Spoken words and riddles has played big part in his most recent work. He uses the human voice in ways of expanding an instrumental setting. Söderlund regards timbre and form as central pillars to his style and as tools to tell stories.
